Haikus
Snow mountaintops,
Bright by the light of the sun,
Melts to water drops.
The lonely wolf walks,
Far from his unpleasant past,
Howling at the moon.
Limerick
There once was a western cowboy,
Whose gun was replaced with a toy.
He was challenged to a duel,
By a fat drunken fool,
So now here lies poor old Roy.
The Dark Cave
Walls of rock, and a floor of sea. A dark hole of mystery lies in the rocks as a mouse hole is in a wall. Swarming around you is the rhythmic and peaceful sound of flowing water. Walking into the darkness, like a curious cat checking out a new place. Amazement and curiosity moves you forward, while looking back fills you with fright as the safety of light leaves with each step. The small but bright beam from the flashlight shows a small piece, like a clue gives a small amount of knowledge.
