Narrative: Body Paragraphs

When I was 5years old my little sister was born it is my earliest memory I have.
We are at the hospital my mom just went into labor. I’m scared for my mom. I keep asking my dad if she is okay. We are there all night. I’m getting sleepy. There is nothing to do. I heard that there was a baby I want to see. All these things go through my head. As I wait in the hospital.

Later when it’s blue outside my grandpa comes and gets me. We go home I’m kind of happy to leave but I’m still worried about my mom. But I still want to see the baby. We go home my grandpa tells me to go to sleep when I awake I ask if mom and dad are back with baby. He says.

We get a phone call my grandpa answers it. The baby was born! I’m so excited. The next day mom and dad come back with baby. Mom holder it I ask what it is they tell me it’s a girl. I say like me. They say yes. My mom bends down so I can see the baby. I look at her. I whisper hi to her. She is so tiny. I look at my mom and smile I finally see baby. They tell me her name is Myra.

She has been there for awhile now. I’m starting to get mad because my mom and dad are spending their time with her. They don’t play with me anymore it irritates me. So I start being mean to Myra. I would make her cry. I was so bad. But no one could punish me because my grandpa wouldn’t let them. So I got away with it. But to tell you the truth I’m still mean to her to this day. But I love her.
