I think that a good leader is someone who is going do what they need to do in order keep everyone safe. I think that a good leader is someone who will make sure that get what every one will need to survive. I think that a good leader will not just boss everyone around. They will listen to all of the people in the group. They should not get mad at people who try to make suggestions, they should listen to them.
I think that a crappy leader is someone who try’s to dictate everybody. I think that a crappy leader is someone that just makes everybody do everything for them. They do not do anything for the group or themselves. A crappy leader will not listen to what the group has to say they will just do what they want when they want.
